Tollways Management Corporation (TMC) was incorporated on August 2, 2000. It is primarily engaged in carrying on the operations and maintenance of toll roads, its facilities, interchanges and all related works.
It operates and maintains the 84-kilometer North Luzon Expressway and recently the 94-kilometer Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway. With uncompromising commitment in serving the Filipino people, TMC is committed in delivering world class service to motorists and commuters in North Luzon. TMC is under the umbrella of the Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation.
TMC also operates and maintains the Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX). It is approximately 8.8 kilometers in length. SFEX alignment in the Eastern portion directly connects to SCTEX before it goes straight inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the former American Naval Base. By now, travel from Manila to this bustling Freeport is greatly reduced with the expressways (NLEX, SCTEX and SFEX) connecting the hub.
